A great slide on change and resistance to new ideas

Rarely has a single slide received so much feedback as when I first shared this one 2 years ago:


Even if my time in school with advanced math was years ago (and this is not even real math as a friend pointed out), this is still probably familiar to all, in particular those working in complex organisations.

As Claudia Urschbach from Süddeutsche Zeitung has taught me:

Change management and customer experience goes hand in hand. Don’t neglect either one if you want customers to be happy
